SOUTH BEND, IN, January 30th, 2010: Control Development, Inc. has introduced a tungsten halogen
light source optimized for fiber optic coupling. The light source is controlled by the spectrometer,
including power supplied to it from the spectrometer. The lamp housing has a cuvette holder that can
accommodate up to 20 mm cuvettes. Adjacent to the cuvette holder is space for an optical filter. The
bulb can be de-rated for longer life time.
